During the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we have adapted our shipping methods to prioritize safety for both you and your puppy. Rest assured, Golden Retriever puppies are not carriers of COVID-19, so there is no risk of transmission during their journey.

To guarantee the comfort and safety of your puppy, we arrange for them to fly in the cabin with passengers rather than in the cargo hold. This allows for close monitoring and ensures they travel in a climate-controlled environment throughout the flight.

Arrival and Delivery

Upon landing, a member of our dedicated team will be on hand to transport your puppy directly to your home. To minimize potential exposure, we do not allow puppy pickups at the airport. Instead, we provide you with a tracking number and all necessary shipping details in advance, so you can prepare for the safe arrival of your new furry family member.

We offer next-day delivery for your Golden Retriever puppy. Once your payment is confirmed, we can have your puppy at your doorstep the very next day. You’ll receive all the tracking information ahead of time, allowing you to monitor your puppy’s journey with ease.

The Shipping Process

Shipping your Golden Retriever puppy is designed to be as seamless and secure as possible. We use airline-approved, climate-controlled carriers to ensure your puppy travels in comfort. Before shipping, we familiarize the puppy with the travel crate to help reduce any travel stress.

Each crate is clearly labeled with the destination, your contact information, and “Live Animals” stickers. We also provide enough food and water to accommodate any potential delays. Weather conditions are closely monitored to ensure safe travel.

For an even more personal touch, we offer a “Nanny Shipping” option, where one of our trusted attendants will accompany your puppy during the flight and hand-deliver them to you. This option provides a stress-free transition for your new companion.

Health and Safety Assurance

All puppies travel with a health certificate confirming they are healthy and ready to join your family. To ensure a smooth start, we recommend scheduling a veterinary checkup within 48 hours of your puppy’s arrival.

Pickup Options

For those interested in picking up their Golden Retriever puppy in person, I begin with an initial conversation to get to know you better. I want to understand your experience with dogs, your living situation, and your expectations. An application process helps me gather more details to ensure a good match.

Once approved, we’ll schedule a specific date and time for your visit. I provide clear instructions on what you need to bring, such as a secure crate or carrier for your puppy.

On the day of pickup, I have a designated area in my home set up for this special occasion. This space is away from my other pets to allow for a calm introduction between you and your puppy.

When you arrive, I’ll greet you and guide you through meeting your new puppy in this private area. I observe your interactions and offer any assistance as needed. Before you take your puppy home, we’ll complete a sales contract to ensure everything is in order.

Once everything is ready, I’ll help you secure your puppy in their crate or carrier for a safe journey home. I follow up in the days and weeks after to check on how your puppy is adjusting to their new environment.

The entire pickup process takes place in my home, allowing for personal interaction and ensuring that I get to know you and your family better.
